Research network

Can somebody explain to me please how to use it and what it does?

it allow you to do research faster by allowing all your planet with a research lab to work together its passive and u dont need to lvl it high

Thanks, but I still don't see what it does. On my home world the IRN is level 5 and the lab is level 14.

On my colony the lab is lvl 4 and the IRN is not visible.It does show me what research I'm doing on my home world, which is new. But I still can't see any options in my colony that I have not researched there.

It doesn't appear to level up in the colony what I research on the home world, which is kind of what I expected.

u should only do research on ur main planet since its gonna be the fastest one due to higher research lab and university level

Thanks, I suspected as much. But there must be some minimum levels for lab & research on the colonies, because I can't see all the possible research items when looking at them.
